Job Summary
Oak Tree Centre invites applications for the position of Chief Nurse. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance with clinical policies, and promoting a culture of excellence within the nursing team. Maintaining performance improvement activities within the department and assure competency of all nursing personnel
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
- BLS/ACLS Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Atleast 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Competencies and Skills
- Strong leadership, work ethic, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Computer skills
